Winter in Rock Island

Over winter break, I traveled back to my home town. A couple of days while I was there, it snowed. It was absolutely gorgeous. I decided to brave the cold weather and travel around town to take some pictures. I visited Black Hawk State Park and Sunset Marina. I thought I took some decent photos.

Emma just turned two about a month and a half ago. We spent sometime posing in front of the tree and fireplace. Of course there was playtime in between the shoot. She has the biggest, bluest eyes ever! Hope you enjoy!

Moss Family

Carter has now been in the family for two months! Today we decided to do a quick fall family picture. It was 45 degrees and a bit on the chilly side. Take a look at how adorable the Moss family is!

So You Think You Can Dance..

My roommate surprised me with tickets to see the "So you think you can dance" tour at the United Center. We watched this show religiously every week. I found myself amazed by how well these dancers could dance. The choreographers would compose the most amazing routines. I wish I could dance!! The show was amazing. It was so neat to see the dancers perform America's favorite dances right before the audiences eyes. Being the picture taker that I am, I tried my best. They move so quickly that several pictures seem a bit blurred. I look at them remaining amazed at how flexible their bodies are.

Carter's Photo Shoot Round 2

Even though all the last pictures were absolutely adorable, we decided to try and get a picture with Carter's eyes open. This photo shoot ended with success!

Carter Matthew

Beautiful Carter... 10 days old. My friend welcomed her first child on September 24, 2007. I had the privilege of shooting Carter's announcement pictures. Carter was very sleepy, but he sure looks precious! Enjoy!

Nicole and Justin's Rehearsal Dinner

Nicole and I met in college. I was so excited when she became engaged to Justin. Being the techy person that I am, Nicole asked me to create a montage for her wedding. I felt very privileged that I was given the opportunity to participate in her big day. I also enjoyed taking photos at her rehearsal dinner and her wedding.
